If you wish to receive an order outside of the U.S. and do not see your country listed. please send us an email to support@kinnebar.com.
Purchase orders are not accepted for schools or organizations outside of the United States.
We do not add duties or taxes to online orders. These fees will be collected by your country upon delivery. At checkout, our website will show an estimated cost of duties and taxes. After placing your order, the shipping carrier will email you with instructions to pay these charges separately before your KINNEBAR(s) can clear customs and be delivered.
PLEASE NOTE: If you neglect to pay the duties and fees and the carrier is forced to return the package to the U.S., you will be responsible for all shipping fees.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. (outside of the contiguous United States)
