To search for your country look in the upper right hand corner of your desktop screen to change the country name. On mobile, search in the hamburger menu (three lines) and change the name of your country using the drop down menu at the bottom of the screen.
If you wish to receive an order outside of the U.S. and do not see your country listed. please send us an email to support@kinnebar.com.
Purchase orders are not accepted for schools or organizations outside of the United States.
We DO NOT currently add duties and taxes to online orders, you will pay these fees upon arrival in your country. Our website will provide an ESTIMATED cost for duties and taxes. After you place your order, you will receive an email from the shipping carrier to pay for the charges separately before they can clear customs and deliver your KINNEBAR(s).
PLEASE NOTE: If you neglect to pay the duties and fees and the carrier is forced to return the package to the U.S., you will be responsible for all shipping fees.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. (outside of the contiguous United States)
